问超声一般需要多久？

问如何稀释工作液？

答根据您的工作液浓度，计算母液所需要稀释的倍数和所需母液的体积。建议用水、生理盐水、PBS等溶剂进行稀释，如果是细胞实验，可以使用培养基。取适当的溶剂缓慢加入到母液中，直到达到您的工作液浓度，可以通过涡旋或者移液枪轻轻吹打帮助混匀。我们的化合物大部分是脂溶性的，所以在使用 PBS 或者培养基等稀释工作液的时候，会有沉淀析出，这些都是正常现象，大多时候可以通过超声完全溶解。工作液建议现配现用！
