生物活性
1. Immobilized Human R-Spondin 3, His Tag at 1 μg/ml (100 μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human RNF43, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 25.2 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test).
2. Human LGR-5, hFc Tag captured on CM5 Chip via Protein A can bind Human R-Spondin 3, His Tag with an affinity constant of 0.59 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200) (Routine Test).
研究背景
The R-spondins are members of a superfamily of thrombospondin type 1 repeat (TSR-1)-containing proteins. The prototype member (discovered in 1971) was isolated from platelets that had been stimulated with thrombin, and was therefore designated 'thrombin-sensitive protein.
