| 生物活性 | 1. Immobilized Human IL-6 at 0.5 μg/ml (100 μl/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human IL-6 R alpha, hFc Tag with the EC50 48.7 ng/ml determined by ELISA. 2. Human IL-6 R alpha, His Tag captured on CM5 Chip via anti-his antibody can bind Human IL-6, No Tag with an affinity constant of 0.22 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200). 3. Measured in a cell proliferation assay using TF‑1 human erythroleukemic cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.1-0.5 ng/mL (QC Test). |
