常见问题解答

问准备进行动物实验，收到大包装粉末后，如何分装溶解？

答根据配制出来的溶液是不是澄清的确定一次性能配多少：如果配制出来是澄清溶液，可以一次性多配制一些，储存于4度冰箱，大概一周配一次，放久了可能会失效；如果配制出来是混悬液，建议每次使用的时候都现配现用。

问抑制剂母液的储存方式？

答母液配置完成后，一般储存于 -80℃，可以存 1 年以上。建议多分装几管，避免反复冻融，常用的存于 4 度，可放一周以上。

问抑制剂是否需要灭菌？

答如果您使用 DMSO 配制：不建议灭菌，DMSO 本身具有极强的杀菌力，配制好的溶液就是无菌溶液。如果您确实担心的，可以放置 4℃ 冰箱过夜放置即可；依然有顾虑的话，需用有机系专用滤膜过滤。如果您使用水配制：可以用 0.22 μm 滤膜过滤灭菌。

问动物不能耐受 DMSO，给药时 DMSO量应该如何控制？

答对于普通的老鼠，DMSO 的浓度应控制在 10% 以下，对于裸鼠、转基因小鼠、耐受性弱的老鼠等，DMSO 浓度需控制在2%以下。对于首次操作的抑制剂，建议先做溶剂阴性对照，确认溶解对动物无非特异性影响。

问收到产品发现冰盒都化了，怎么办？

答一般化合物粉末对温度不敏感，加冰盒是为了防止极端气温，如果冰盒融化不影响产品质量。

存储	Lyophilized powders can be stably stored for over 12 months, while liquid products can be stored for 6-12 months at -80°C. For reconstituted protein solutions, the solution can be stored at -20°C to -80°C for at least 3 months. Please avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles and store products in aliquots.
