复溶方法	Reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile deionized water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1 % BSA. The product concentration should not be less than 100 μg/mL. Before opening, centrifuge the tube to collect powder at the bottom. After adding the reconstitution buffer, avoid vortexing or pipetting for mixing.
存储	Lyophilized powders can be stably stored for over 12 months, while liquid products can be stored for 6-12 months at -80°C. For reconstituted protein solutions, the solution can be stored at -20°C to -80°C for at least 3 months. Please avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles and store products in aliquots.

研究背景	CXCL9 is a T-cell chemoattractant induced by IFN-γ belonging to the CXC chemokine family and it is also known as Monokine induced by gamma interferon (MIG). CXCL9 is closely related to two other CXC chemokines called CXCL10 and CXCL11 and they all elicit their chemotactic functions by interacting with the chemokine receptor CXCR3. CXCL9 is a cytokine that affects the growth, movement, or activation state of cells that participate in immune and inflammatory response and chemotactic for activated T-cells. Recombinant human CXCL9 contains 103 amino acids which is a single non-glycosylated polypeptide chain. The human CXCL9 shares 75 % and 67 % a.a. sequence identity with mouse and rat CXCL9.
