体外活性

Utrophin modulator 1 (compound 76) (0.1, 1.0, 10 μM; 24 h) upregulates utrophin protein levels in H2K-mdx cells [1]. Western Blot Analysis [1] Cell Line: H2K-mdx cells Concentration: 0.1, 1.0, 10 μM Incubation Time: 24 h Result: Increased utrophin protein, which up to 2.5 fold.
