Toosendanin/BSA is an antigen-adjuvant conjugate of Toosendanin and bovine serum albumin (BSA). The conjugation of the antigen with the protein adjuvant can enhance the production of antigen-specific antibodies in vaccine models. This conjugate does not affect protein folding or disrupt major epitopes and can increase cross-presentation and the generation of antigen-specific T cells.
