产品描述	Tenatumomab (ST2146) is a mouse-derived monoclonal antibody that specifically recognizes and targets human Tenascin-C (TNC). Tenatumomab is commonly used in the study of solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. Tenatumomab is widely used in experiments such as immunohistochemistry (IHC) to detect the expression and distribution of Tenascin-C in tumor tissues. It can also serve as a radiopharmaceutical delivery vector; when radiolabeled (e.g., 131I-Tenatumomab), it is used in research on radioimmunotherapy for Tenascin-C-positive tumors.
体外活性	与其他抗肌腱蛋白单克隆抗体相比，Tenatumomab (2-5 μg/mL; 16 h) 生物素化后仍能保持 50% 的免疫反应性[2]。
