TCO-PEG12-acid is a PROTAC connection bridge, belonging to the PEG class. TCO-PEG12-acid can be used to synthesize a series of PROTAC molecules.
体外活性

PROTAC contains two different ligands connected by a linker; one is the ligand of E3 ubiquitin ligase, and the other is the ligand of the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins.
