产品描述	Roledumab (LFB-R593) is a humanized antibody targeting RHD/CD240D, intended for use in the study of hemolytic anemia. YB2/0 rat hybridoma cells are capable of expressing roledumab.
体外活性	方法：以RhD⁺红细胞为靶细胞、人 PBMC 为效应细胞，加入Roledumab（1.25–20 μg/mL），高浓度 IVIg （10 mg/mL）饱和 FcγRI，孵育4 h，LDH 释放法检测 ADCC，抗 FcγRIII 抗体验证靶点依赖性。结果：Roledumab 呈剂量依赖性介导强效 FcγRIIIa 依赖 ADCC。[1]
