RIP2 kinase inhibitor 1 inhibits human whole blood (hWB) with IC50 of 0.05 μM, activin receptor-like kinase 5 (ALK5) with IC50 more than 10 μM, VEGFR2 (IC50=7.94 μM), lymphocyte-specific protein tyrosine kinase (LCK; IC50=31.6 μM).
