产品描述	Racotumomab (Anti-Human NGcGM3 Recombinant Antibody) is a mouse γ-type anti-recombinant antibody. It can specifically induce an antibody response against Neu-glycolyl GM3 ganglioside (NeuGcGM3), which is overexpressed in a variety of solid tumors. Racotumomab reacts with gangliosides containing NU-Glycolyl (NeuGc), thioglycosides, and other antigens expressed in tumors. Racotumomab has anti-cancer activity and can be used in the study of lung cancer.
体外活性	通过诱导针对肿瘤细胞中存在的NeuGcGM3神经节苷脂的特异性体液和细胞免疫应答，racotumomab刺激细胞死亡[4]。
体内活性	在F3II细胞(s.c.)乳腺癌小鼠模型中，racotumomab（50 μg/剂量，i.p.）联合Keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH)能够抑制肿瘤生长[2]。针对3LL细胞(s.c.)小鼠皮下移植模型中的肺结节，racotumomab（50 μg/剂量，s.c.）与Pemetrexed（100 mg/kg）联用表现出高效的抑制效果[3]。然而，在3LL细胞(s.c.)小鼠皮下移植模型中，racotumomab（50-200 μg/剂量，s.c.）未展现出显著的抗肿瘤效果[3]。
