It has an emission maximum at approximately 590 nm (detection range: 590–610 nm) and exhibits good spectral overlap with the donor emission of NanoLuc luciferase (~460 nm), enabling efficient bioluminescence resonance energy transfer (BRET). The dye contains an N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester group, which reacts with primary amines to form stable amide bonds. Its linker incorporates a cyclobutyl-like structural feature, providing unique spatial configuration for tracer design. |
