It has an emission maximum at approximately 590 nm (detection range: 590–610 nm) and exhibits good spectral overlap with the donor emission of NanoLuc luciferase, enabling efficient BRET. The dye incorporates an azide group via a C3 linear alkyl linker, allowing selective conjugation with alkyne-functionalized biomolecules or small-molecule ligands through click chemistry, and is suitable for constructing NanoBRET tracers for live-cell target engagement studies. |
