| 体外活性 | 为检验anti-Fas(10 ng/mL)、TLCK及IFN-γ三种效应因子的相互作用,采用较低浓度的anti-Fas进行分析。N-alpha-Tosyl-L-lysine chloromethyl ketone hydrochloride(50 μM)展现出细胞活性的轻微下降。在50 μM以上,观察到依剂量递增的细胞活性下降现象。IFN-γ单独使用时轻度降低细胞活性。添加anti-Fas(10 ng/mL)使细胞存活率轻微下降,在TLCK存在下,此下降效应显著增强,尤其是在50至100 μM之间较为明显。同时加入anti-Fas和IFN-γ时,细胞活性约下降46%。此外,通过增加TLCK的浓度至25 μM及以上,可以进一步加剧细胞存活率的下降[1]。 |
