ELISA of human immunoglobulins shows Mouse Anti-Human IgA Secondary Antibody (HRP) reacts to human IgA, recombinant human IgA1. No cross reactivity with human IgG, IgE. The plate was coated with 1 μg/mL of different immunoglobulins. 0.5 μg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human IgA Secondary Antibody (HRP) was used as the secondary antibody.
