L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that serves as a precursor for the biosynthesis of serotonin, melatonin, and vitamin B3, and plays important roles in neuroregulation and metabolism. In addition, L-tryptophan and its metabolic pathways can regulate the differentiation potential of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and may influence cell proliferation under specific conditions.
