产品描述	L-Homopropargylglycine hydrochloride is an alkyl-chain PROTAC linker suitable for synthesising PROTAC molecules. L-Homopropargylglycine hydrochloride contains an alkyne moiety capable of undergoing click chemistry reactions with azide-containing compounds.
体外活性	PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[1].
