产品描述	Iron(II) sulfate heptahydrate is an important iron salt commonly used in water treatment as a flocculant, as well as a fertiliser and soil conditioner, and serves as a raw material for the preparation of other iron compounds.
体外活性	方法：Iron(II) sulfate heptahydrate (16-125 μM，48 h) 处理对K562 慢性粒细胞白血病细胞和 T47D 乳腺癌细胞，观察对细胞的生长影响。结果：Iron(II) sulfate heptahydrate对联两种细胞的生长有抑制作用。[1]
体内活性	方法：将 40 只雄性白化大鼠分为两大组：对照组和贫血组接受标准无铁基础饮食 6 周。将贫血组分为3组，分别在饮用水中贫血对照组、Iron(II) sulfate heptahydrate组（接受Iron(II) sulfate heptahydrate，0.4 mg/kg，10 天）和氧化铁纳米颗粒组（接受氧化铁纳米颗粒0.4 mg/kg，10 天），观察Iron(II) sulfate heptahydrate和氧化铁纳米颗粒对大鼠缺铁性贫血的治疗效果。结果：Iron(II) sulfate heptahydrate不如氧化铁纳米颗粒治疗大鼠缺铁性贫血的有效。[2]
