Human CB8 of type II collagen, also known as Human cyanogen bromide digested peptide 8, is a peptide fragment derived from cyanogen bromide digestion of type II collagen. It is utilized for studying B cell and T cell epitopes of type II collagen. This product is devoid of pepsin, making it ideal for examining T cell epitope specificity through proliferation assays. Additionally, Human CB8 of type II collagen serves as an antigen in ELISA to analyze antibody epitope specificity.
