It exhibits excellent immune effector functions, including complement-dependent cytotoxicity (IC50: 1.0 μg/ml) and antibody-dependent cytotoxicity (IC50: 5.0 μg/ml). hu3S193 is applicable in research on small cell lung cancer (SCLC). The recommended isotype control is Human IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control.
