Guanosine 5'-diphosphate sodium is a nucleoside diphosphate involved in various intracellular signaling processes, particularly in G protein–coupled receptor signaling, where it regulates G protein activation through GDP/GTP exchange. It may also indirectly influence ion channel activity, such as ATP-sensitive potassium channels.
体外活性

Guanosine 5'-diphosphate sodium (100 μM-1 mM) sodium, 96% (HPLC) 在 Pinacidil 存在的情况下，可激活兔门静脉中的 ATP 敏感性钾离子通道[1]。
Guanosine 5'-diphosphate sodium (10 μM，24 小时) sodium, 96% (HPLC) 可抑制 FPN-GFP 细胞系 (HEK293T) 中铁调素诱导的 FPN 内化，并拮抗铁调素以增加 HepG2 和 Caco-2 细胞中 FPN 介导的细胞铁外流[2]。

体内活性

Guanosine 5'-diphosphate sodium (30 mg/kg，腹腔注射，单次剂量) sodium, 96% (HPLC) 与铁补充剂 FeSO4 (2 mg/kg) 联合使用可增加正常 BALB/c 小鼠的铁吸收[2]。
Guanosine 5'-diphosphate sodium (30 mg/kg，腹腔注射，每 24 小时一次，持续 2 周) sodium, 96% (HPLC) 与 FeSO4 (2 mg/kg) 联合使用可改善 Turpentine 诱导的小鼠铁吸收不良[2]。
