Cy3Dextran (MW 500000) is a fluorescent labeling reagent that combines Cy3 fluorescent dye and Dextran. Dextran functions as a plasma volume expander and has inhibitory effects on platelet aggregation and coagulation factors (Ex/Em = 550/570 nm).
