Bis-aminooxy-PEG4 is a polyethylene glycol (PEG) derivative containing two aminooxy groups. As a bifunctional crosslinker, Bis-aminooxy-PEG4 serves as a linker in PROTAC construction, connecting the target protein ligand to the E3 ubiquitin ligase ligand.
体外活性

PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[1].
