体外活性

ANF-(1-28) markedly increaseS guanosine 3',5'-cyclic monophosphate (cGMP) from 1.3 +/- 0.3 to 106 +/- 22 pmol cGMP/10(6) cells [50% effective dosage (ED 50 ) = 1.2 nM][1].

体内活性

ANF-(1-28) (0.5 μg/kg/min) infusion attenuates the rise in plasma creatinine levels by approximately 50% on each day of the study[3].
