SW480 (Human) Cell Lysate at 30 μg
Primary: Anti-PLGF (TMAB-01550) at 1/300 dilution
Secondary: IRDye800CW Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG at 1/20000 dilution
Predicted band size: 35 kDa
Observed band size: 29 kDa
2. Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (Human stomach carcer); Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 min; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30 min; Antibody incubation with (Placenta growth factor; PLGF) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (TMAB-01550) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary for 20 min and DAB staining.

研究背景The placental-derived growth factor (PIGF) is a dimeric glycoprotein showing a high degree of sequence similarity to the vascular endothelial growth factor. Alternative splicing of the PIGF primary transcript gives rise to two forms, named PIGF-1 and PIGF-2, which differ only in the insertion of a highly basic 21-amino acid stretch at the carboxyl end. The presence of the PIGF mRNA in thyroid, placenta, lung, and goiter has indicated the tissues where this factor functions. However, the role of PIGF in vascular development has not yet been clearly established.
