1. Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (mouse spleen); Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30 min; Antibody incubation with (phospho-ETS1 (Thr38)) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (TMAB-10680) at 1: 200 overnight at 4°C, followed by operating according to SP Kit (Rabbit) instructions and DAB staining.
2. Sample:
HepG2 (Human) Cell Lysate at 30 μg
Spleen (Mouse) Lysate at 40 μg
Lymph node (Mouse) Lysate at 40 μg
JurkaT (Human) Cell Lysate at 30 μg

研究背景This gene encodes a member of the ETS family of transcription factors, which are defined by the presence of a conserved ETS DNA-binding domain that recognizes the core consensus DNA sequence GGAA/T in target genes. These proteins function either as transcriptional activators or repressors of numerous genes, and are involved in stem cell development, cell senescence and death, and tumorigenesis. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for this gene.[provided by RefSeq, Jul 2011].
