1. Western Blot
-Positive WB detected in: Hela whole cell lysate, MCF-7 whole cell lysate, Mouse Brain whole cell lysate, Rat Brain whole cell lysate

-Secondary: Goat polyclonal to rabbit IgG at 1/50000 dilution
-Predicted band size: 26, 21 kDa
-Observed band size: 28 kDa
2. IHC image of TMAH-00511 diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human ovarian cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit IgG polymer labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.

研究背景Adapter protein that provides a critical link between cell surface growth factor receptors and the Ras signaling pathway. Does not bind to phosphorylated epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) but inhibits EGF-induced transactivation of a RAS-responsive element. Acts as a dominant negative protein over GRB2 and by suppressing proliferative signals, may trigger active programmed cell death.
