1. Sample:
kidney (mouse) lysate at 60 ug;
liver (Mouse) lysate at 60 ug;
Primary: Anti-CXorf36 (TMAB-04810) at 1:300;
Secondary: HRP conjugated Goat-Anti-Rabbit IgG at 1: 5000;
Predicted band size: 45 kD
Observed band size: 50/75 kD
2. Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (Mouse brain); Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30 min; Antibody incubation with (CXorf36) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (TMAB-04810) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by operating according to SP Kit (Rabbit) instructions and DAB staining.
3. Sample:
Lane 1: Mouse Cerebellum tissue lysates
Lane 2: Mouse Cerebrum tissue lysates
Primary: Anti-CXorf36 (TMAB-04810) at 1/1000 dilution
Secondary: IRDye800CW Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG at 1/20000 dilution

研究背景The X and Y chromosomes are the human sex chromosomes. Chromosome X consists of about 153 million base pairs and nearly 1,000 genes. The combination of an X and Y chromosome lead to normal male development while two copies of X lead to normal female development. There are a number of conditions related to an unsual number and combination of sex chromosomes being inherited. More than one copy of the X chromosome with a Y chromosome causes Klinefelter's syndrome. A single copy of X alone leads to Turner's syndrome. More than 2 copies of the X chromosome, in the absence of a Y chromosome, is known as Triple X syndrome. Color blindness, hemophilia, and Duchenne muscular dystrophy are well known X chromosome-linked conditions which affect males more frequently as males carry a single X chromosome. The CXorf36 gene product has been provisionally designated CXorf36 pending further characterization.
