| 验证活性 | 1. The Binding Activity of Huamn CLDN6 with Anti-CLDN6/9 recombinant Antibody Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human CLDN6 at 10 μg/mL can bind Anti-CLDN6/9 recombinant antibody, the EC50 is 1.501-2.035 ng/mL. 2. The Binding Activity of Human CLDN9 with Anti-CLDN6/9 Recombinant Antibody Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human CLDN9 at 10 μg/mL can bind Anti-CLDN6/9 recombinant antibody, the EC50 is 24.93-35.47 ng/mL. 3. Untransfected HEK293T cells surface (green line) and transfected Human CLDN6 HEK293T stable cells surface (red line) were stained with anti-CLDN6/9 recombinant antibody (2µg/1*10^6 cells), washed and then followed by FITC-conjugated anti-Human IgG Fc antibody and analyzed with flow cytometry. 4. Untransfected MC38 cells (green line) and transfected Human CLDN9 MC38 stable cells (red line) were stained with anti-CLDN6/9 antibody (2µg/1*10^6 cells), washed and then followed by APC-conjugated anti-Human IgG Fc antibody and analyzed with flow cytometry. 5. Untransfected CHO-K1*10^6 cells, washed and then followed by APC-conjugated anti-Human IgG Fc antibody and analyzed with flow cytometry. 7. The Binding Activity of Macaca fascicularis CLDN6 with Anti-CLDN6/9 Recombinant Antibody Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Macaca fascicularis CLDN6 at 5 μg/mL can bind Anti-CLDN6/9 recombinant antibody. The EC50 is 4.186-6.635 ng/mL. The VLPs is negative control. 8. The Binding Activity of Human CLDN6 with Anti-CLDN6/9 Recombinant Antibody Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human CLDN6 at 2 μg/mL can bind Anti-CLDN6/9 recombinant antibody. The EC50 is 1.243-2.426 ng/mL. 9. The Binding Activity of Human CLDN9 with Anti-CLDN6/9 Recombinant Antibody Activity：Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human CLDN9 at 2 μg/ml on an Nickel Coated plate can bind Anti-CLDN6/9 recombinant antibody. The EC50 is 2.812-3.524 ng/mL. |
