| 验证活性 | 1. The Binding Activity of Human CD79B with Anti-CD79B recombinant antibody Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human CD79A at 2 μg/mL can bind Anti-CD79B recombinant antibody. The EC50 is 3.214-3.642 ng/mL. 2. The Binding Activity of Human CD79A&CD79B with Anti-CD79B recombinant antibody Activity:Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human CD79A&CD79B at 2 μg/mL can bind Anti-CD79B recombinant antibody. The EC50 is 14.85-17.47 ng/mL. 3. The Binding Activity of Human CD79B with Anti-CD79B recombinant antibody Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human CD79B at 2 μg/mL can bind Anti-CD79B recombinant antibody. The EC50 is 31.97-35.69 ng/mL. 4. Untransfected HEK-293T cells (green line) and transfected Human CD79B HEK-293T stable cells (red line) were stained with anti-CD79B antibody(TMAH-00222) (2µg/1*10^6 cells), washed and then followed by APC-conjugated anti-Human IgG Fc antibody and analyzed with flow cytometry. 5. Untransfected HEK-293T cells (green line) and transfected Human CD79A&CD79B HEK-293T stable cells (red line) were stained with anti-CD79B antibody(TMAH-00222) (2µg/1*10^6 cells), washed and then followed by APC-conjugated anti-Human IgG Fc antibody and analyzed with flow cytometry. |
