1. The Binding Activity of Human CD70 with Anti-CD70 recombinant antibody
Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human CD70 at 2 μg/mL can bind Anti-CD70 recombinant antibody, the EC50 is 1.642-2.005 ng/mL.
2. Greater than 95% as determined by SEC-HPLC.
