1. The Jurkat (H) cells were incubated in 5% BSA to block non-specific protein-protein interactions (30 min at r. T.). Primary Antibody (green): Rabbit Anti-CD47 antibody (TMAB-04010, 1:100):; Secondary Antibody (white blue): Goat anti-Rabbit IgG-BF488: 1 μg/test. Blank control (black): PBS. Acquisition of 20,000 events was performed.
2. 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed Jurkat (H) cell; Antibody incubation with (CD47) monoclonal Antibody, unconjugated 1:100, 90 min at 37°C; followed by conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG antibody (green) at 37°C for 90 min, DAPI (blue) was used to stain the cell nuclei. PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the blank control.

Plays an important role in memory formation and synaptic plasticity in the hippocampus (By similarity). Receptor for SIRPA, binding to which prevents maturation of immature dendritic cells and inhibits cytokine production by mature dendritic cells. Interaction with SIRPG mediates cell-cell adhesion, enhances superantigen-dependent T-cell-mediated proliferation and costimulates T-cell activation. May play a role in membrane transport and/or integrin dependent signal transduction. May prevent premature elimination of red blood cells. May be involved in membrane permeability changes induced following virus infection.
