1. Blank control (blue): Jurkat Cells (fixed with 2% paraformaldehyde (10 min)). Primary Antibody: Rabbit Anti-CD226 antibody (TMAB-03916), Dilution: 1 μg in 100 μL 1X PBS containing 0.5% BSA; Isotype Control Antibody: Rabbit IgG (orange), used under the same conditions); Secondary Antibody: Goat anti-rabbit IgG-PE (white blue), Dilution: 1: 200 in 1 X PBS containing 0.5% BSA.
2. Sample: Jurkat (Human) Cell Lysate at 30 μg
Primary: Anti-CD226 (TMAB-03916) at 1/1000 dilution
Secondary: IRDye800CW Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG at 1/20000 dilution
Predicted band size: 35 kD
Observed band size: 35 kD

研究背景This gene encodes a glycoprotein expressed on the surface of NK cells, platelets, monocytes and a subset of T cells. It is a member of the Ig-superfamily containing 2 Ig-like domains of the V-set. The protein mediates cellular adhesion of platelets and megakaryocytic cells to vascular endothelial cells.
