Mitochondrion. Endoplasmic reticulum. Belongs to the NGX6 family. The down-regulation of C9orf127 may be closely associated with tumorigenesis and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma. However, it may not contribute to the development and progression of gastric carcinoma.
