Anti-AXL/UFO Antibody (ORY012) is a monoclonal antibody targeting the AXL receptor tyrosine kinase (also known as UFO). The compound specifically binds to the extracellular domain of AXL, blocking the binding of its ligand Gas6 and inhibiting the activation of downstream PI3K/Akt and MAPK/ERK signaling pathways. In oncology research, such antibodies are frequently utilized to suppress tumor cell proliferation, survival, metastasis, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT).
