| 验证活性 | Immunofluorescence staining of Hela Cells with TMAH-00027 at 1:50, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeated by 0.2% TritonX-100, and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. Nuclear DNA was labeled in blue with DAPI. The secondary antibody was FITC-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L). |

Acts as an activator of Notch pathway by mediating cleavage of Notch, generating the membrane-associated intermediate fragment called Notch extracellular truncation (NEXT). Plays a role in the proteolytic processing of ACE2. Plays a role in hemostasis through shedding of GP1BA, the platelet glycoprotein Ib alpha chain. Mediates the proteolytic cleavage of LAG3, leading to release the secreted form of LAG3. Mediates the proteolytic cleavage of IL6R, leading to the release of secreted form of IL6R. |
