产品描述	Alkyne-PEG4-maleimide is a PEG-based bifunctional linker designed for the construction of PROTAC molecules, enabling covalent conjugation between ligand moieties via its terminal alkyne and maleimide groups, and facilitating selective protein degradation through ubiquitin–proteasome system recruitment.
体外活性	PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[1].
