5'-Guanylic acid-15N5 (5'-GMP-15N5 dilithium; 5'-guanosine monophosphate-15N5) dilithium is a version of 5'-Guanylic acid labeled with 15N. This compound is associated with several metabolic disorders, such as the aica-riboside pathway, adenosine deaminase deficiency, adenine phosphoribosyltransferase (APRT) deficiency, and the 2-hydroxyglutarate pathway.
