体外活性

在骨髓来源的巨噬细胞（BMDMs）中，3-phosphoglyceric acid（400 µM；24 小时）能够增强缺乏 VHL 的巨噬细胞中 Spp1 的转录，并且还逆转了 H3K4me3 修饰的减少[1]。
