| 产品描述 | β-Primeverosidase (EC 3.2.1.149) is responsible for producing alcoholic aromas in oolong and black teas. This enzyme can hydrolyze β-primeverosides, such as 6-O-(β-D-xylopyranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside, and 6-O-(β-D-apiofuranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside. It also hydrolyzes β-vicianoside and 6-O-(α-L-arabinofuranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside at a slower rate, but it does not hydrolyze β-glucosides. Additionally, it is capable of hydrolyzing sugar glucosides of geranyl, linalyl, benzyl, and para-nitrophenol. |
