细胞重编程指的是已分化的体细胞在一定条件下被逆转恢复到多能或全能性状态的过程。传统的重编程技术存在整合外源基因等问题在临床应用中存在局限性,而小分子化合物诱导多能干细胞的研究开辟了一条全新的体细胞重编程方法。小分子化合物诱导重编程的优点包括:不整合到基因组,无免疫原性;可以透过细胞膜直接作用于靶点,操作方便;效应可逆,可同时调控多个靶点,精确调控细胞命运。小分子化合物诱导的多能干细胞在药物发现、细胞治疗、疾病建模中具有很大的潜力,为治疗重大疾病开辟了新的途径。
