产品描述	Tandospirone (SM-3997) is a selective and potent 5-HT1A receptor partial agonist with anxiolytic and antidepressant activity that potentiates the anticardiac fibrotic effect of valsartan in spontaneously hypertensive rats, and can be used in the study of central nervous system disorders.

体外活性	Tandospirone 在 5-HT1B 受体、5-HT 摄取位点、β-肾上腺素能受体、毒蕈碱型胆碱能受体和苯二氮卓受体上的作用可以忽略不计。 [1]3H-Tandospirone 快速结合到大鼠脑海马膜，并以高亲和力、可逆且饱和的方式实现结合（Kd：9.4 nM，Bmax：213 fmol/mg 蛋白质）。[2]
体内活性	长期使用 Tandospirone（0.2 和 1.0 mg/kg/天，但不是 2.0 mg/kg/天）能够有效缓解因足部电击应激导致的前扣带回皮层（mPFC）eLAC 水平升高。 [3]在急性给予大鼠 Tandospirone（0、0.1 和 1 mg/kg，腹腔注射）后，观察到 Tandospirone 以剂量依赖的方式显著减少了过早反应次数，该指标用于评估冲动行为。 [4]
