体外活性	CAY10784 是一种 STAT3 抑制剂（IC50 = 0.74 µM），是 WP1066 的衍生物。[2] CAY10784 能抑制 HeLa（IC50s = 1.8 µM）、Caco-2（IC50s = 1.8 µM）、A549（IC50s = 3 µM）、A375（IC50s = 2.8 µM）、U87MG（IC50s = 2.3 µM）和 HL-60 （IC50s = 1.2 µM）癌细胞的增殖，但不能抑制 PC3 或 HT-29 癌细胞（两者的 IC50s = >10 µM）。CAY10784 对幽门螺杆菌（MICs = 1.6 µM）和空肠螺杆菌（MICs = 4.7 µM）也有活性。[1]
