高通量/高内涵化合物库

高通量筛选，高内涵筛选（HTS，HCS）作为目前主流的药物筛选方法，具有微量、快速、灵敏和准确等优点，可同时筛选成千上万个样品。该技术非常依赖数量庞大且结构多样性高的化合物库，同时，为了高通量筛选平台不同课题的研究方向，潜在的靶点多样性也是非常重要的一方面。

世界上商品化的化合物约有5000万个，我们只选择质量可靠，类药性佳，多样性好的化合物为客户提供实验样本。在化合物库的设计和筛选过程中，我们通过一系列方法，保证化合物库的多样化和高度特异性。这些库已经在我们的内部生物检测中得到了广泛的验证，并且在超过200个外部合作伙伴的实验室中得到验证，其中包括美国、欧洲和日本的制药、生物技术、学术和筛选中心。
