产品描述	Polyethylene glycol 12-hydroxystearate (Solutol HS-15) is a permeability enhancer.
体外活性	Polyethylene glycol 12-hydroxystearate在37°C时促进模型蛋白质(胰岛素)通过Calu-3单层从顶侧到底侧的转移。此外，在4°C下，相对于相应的对照组，Polyethylene glycol 12-hydroxystearate存在时胰岛素的渗透性没有统计学上显著增加。经Polyethylene glycol 12-hydroxystearate处理的细胞对较小分子量渗透物(5至22 kDa)显示出统计学上显著的渗透性增加，而对于分子量较大的蛋白质，如白蛋白和IgG，渗透性增加并不显著(P>0.05相对于对照)。
