产品描述	Mavoglurant is a novel, non-competitive mGlu5 receptor antagonist. Mavoglurant (racemate) is the racemate of mavoglurant.
体外活性	For antagonistic activity, (?)-mavoglurant, the (?)-enantiomer shows IC50 of 0.11 μM and 0.03 μM (Ca2+ and PI-turnover) whereas the (+)-enantiomer ((+)-10) shows only 37% and 18% inhibition at 10 μM.
