生物活性

产品描述	Hispolon is a polyphenol. Hispolon can be isolated from Phellinus linteus. Hispolon exhibits anticancer, antidiabetic, antiviral, hepatoprotective, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory activities.
体外活性	Hispolon（25和50 μM, 2-8小时）降低了与G1-S过渡有关的蛋白cyclin D4的表达，但提高了CDK抑制剂p21的表达。Hispolon（25和50 μM, 24, 48小时）在U87MG细胞中诱导G2/M细胞周期阻滞和凋亡。Hispolon（25和50 μM, 24-72小时）抑制了U87MG细胞的活力。Hispolon（25和50 μM, 24小时）抑制了U87MG细胞的迁移[2]。
体内活性	Hispolon（5和10 mg/kg，皮下注射）能够减缓DBTRG移植小鼠[3]中的肿瘤生长。Hispolon（2.5-10 mg/kg，腹腔注射）可缓解小鼠[4]中LPS诱导的急性肺损伤。
