| 验证活性 | 1. The Binding Activity of Human CD79A with Anti-CD79A recombinant antibody Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human CD79A at 2 μg/mL can bind Anti-CD79A recombinant antibody. The EC50 is 1.521-1.700 ng/mL. 2. The Binding Activity of Human CD79A&CD79B with Anti-CD79A recombinant antibody Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human CD79A&CD79B at 2 μg/mL can bind Anti-CD79A recombinant antibody. The EC50 is 8.012-9.339 ng/mL. 3. The purity of CD79A was greater than 95% as determined by SEC-HPLC 4. The Binding Activity of Human CD79A with Anti-CD79A recombinant antibody Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human CD79A at 2 μg/mL can bind Anti-CD79A recombinant antibody. The EC50 is 14.44-16.80 ng/mL. 5. Untransfected HEK-293T cells (green line) and transfected Human CD79A&CD79B HEK-293T stable cells (red line) were stained with anti-CD79A antibody(TMAH-00221) (2µg/1*10^6 cells), washed and then followed by APC-conjugated anti-Human IgG Fc antibody and analyzed with flow cytometry. 6. Untransfected HEK-293T cells (green line) and transfected Human CD79A HEK-293T pool cells (red line) were stained with anti-CD79A antibody(TMAH-00221) (2µg/1*10^6 cells), washed and then followed by APC-conjugated anti-Human IgG Fc antibody and analyzed with flow cytometry. |

| 研究背景 | Required in cooperation with CD79B for initiation of the signal transduction cascade activated by binding of antigen to the B-cell antigen receptor complex (BCR) which leads to internalization of the complex, trafficking to late endosomes and antigen presentation. Also required for BCR surface expression and for efficient differentiation of pro- and pre-B-cells. Stimulates SYK autophosphorylation and activation. Binds to BLNK, bringing BLNK into proximity with SYK and allowing SYK to phosphorylate BLNK. Also interacts with and increases activity of some Src-family tyrosine kinases. Represses BCR signaling during development of immature B-cells. |
