产品描述	Lactate potassium inhibits bacterial growth and serves as a pH regulator and preservative.
体外活性	在Uveal melanoma 92.1细胞中，Lactate potassium (20 mM，24、48 小时) 抑制细胞增殖和迁移，并将细胞代谢转变为氧化磷酸化[1]。 Lactate potassium (20 mM，24 小时) 显著增加MCT1和HCAR1的蛋白表达水平，以及显著增加SLC16A1和HCAR1的mRNA表达水平[1]。
体内活性	Lactate potassium (1.6 g/kg，pH 7.4，皮下注射，每天一次，第8天至30天) 在携带MC38结肠癌细胞的雌性C57BL/6小鼠中抑制CD8+ T细胞依赖性肿瘤生长[2]。
